Everywhen

The Everywhen is a term derived from Australian Aboriginal culture to describe The Dreamtime. It means all time—past, present and future while here, there, and everywhere. It is a concept of being in all places at all times. One of the reasons the dragons can pass between realms is that they can transverse the Everywhen.

The Dreaming is used to represent Aboriginal concepts of Everywhen, during which the land was inhabited by ancestral figures, often of heroic proportions or with supernatural abilities.
